Our service allows you to post content, including but not limited to, "vouches", reviews, and other interactions ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant VouchAbout a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content on the Service. We reserve the absolute right to moderate or remove any User Content at our sole discretion.
Users may register as "Business Owners" and subscribe to a service tier. New business accounts may be eligible for a promotional free trial period, as detailed on our registration page. Business Owners are granted access to a dashboard to manage their business profile page.
As a Business Owner, you are solely responsible for all content you post, including your business description, promotions, and job listings. You agree that all such content will be accurate, lawful, and not misleading. VouchAbout acts as a directory and is not responsible for the conduct, services, or offerings of any business listed on the platform.
Subscription fees and features are outlined on our Pricing Page. Upon the expiration or termination of a subscription or promotional trial, we reserve the right to unpublish your business page or revert it to a basic listing at our discretion.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
You may terminate your account at any time by using the "Delete My Account" feature on your profile page. Upon termination, your right to use the service and all of your associated data will cease immediately.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall VouchAbout, its owner, or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, business interruption, or any personal or property damage) arising out of the use or inability to use the services or materials on VouchAbout's website. This includes any damages resulting from relying on information on the site or from the conduct of any business listed on the site, even if VouchAbout has been notified of the possibility of such damage. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the site is to stop using the site.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless VouchAbout and its owner from and against any claims, damages, costs, liabilities, and expenses (including, but not limited to, reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the site or any content you post.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
